We will be challenging your mind as well as your Physical skills with sensory and  mindfulness activities and functional gym challenges. Ask the team about offers and advice on what little things you can do to make a big impact on your overall Mental Health and Wellbeing.

We’re excited to join this year’s inaugural Seaham Food Festival to spread the word about Refill, a national initiative to encourage people to use refillable water bottles and drink our lovely tap water.

Our team will be there throughout the festival to show you how to get involved in the Refill Revolution, how to use the app and where to find your nearest Refill stations. Our wonderful tap water bar will also be located next to Flo, our engagement vehicle, so feel free to pop by and Refill your water bottle while chatting to the team.

Refill’s aim is to encourage people to drink more tap water and to help stop plastic pollution at source by reducing the number of single-use bottles people use for drinking water when out and about. The scheme is creating a national network of cafes, shops, hotels and other businesses that will refill your reusable water bottle for free – saving you from buying a single use plastic bottle every time you need a drink and making it as easy, cheap and convenient as possible.

We were one of the first water companies to sign up and launched Refill in the North East in December 2017. We now have 700 Refill stations across the region, making it even easier to stay hydrated on the go. With water points located across the festival, you’ve got plenty of choice to fill up wherever and whenever you need to.

Our team will also be there to talk about any queries you may have about your water and wastewater services, including how you may be able to save money and use water wisely.
